Introduction

 My name is Shem Kebati am a Kenyan by birth I moved to Alaska in 2018. Am a pharmacy technician by profession but am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in applied biology at the University of Alaska. Despite the weather challenges especially winter time I love the town and the community here in Fairbanks I like outdoor activities, especially during summer time traveling, nature walks, and having fun with my family.




    I like it when art is used to illustrate and explain details in a presentation it makes it drive and makes one understand a topic well and since am in the medical field, it makes one remember the subject very well. Actually, this is the first class I have attended in my entire college life, therefore, am prepared to learn more in this field I don't own any art however I like coloring a lot and normally enjoy it with my kids.

    That's exciting - I look forward to helping you complete your first college class. I use graphic illustrations ALL THE TIME in my other business. Because everything is in video format graphics can break up the monotony and help explain what they are seeing and hearing. Kenya to Alaska. That is a big journey. 2 of my friends have lived in Kenya for a time. They both had fabulous experiences and both of them were teachers in some capacity.
